Un père de famille rondouillard et heureux de vivre, tomba bêtement devant une rame de métro. Il reprend conscience plus tard, dans le corps d’un jeune et beau spécimen, Eric CLOSE (Dark skies, L’impossible vérité). Mais ce n’est pas tout. Il possède maintenant de super-pouvoirs, et comme bien souvent en la circonstance, le gouvernement Américain lui demande de travailler maintenant pour lui.
