Série maudite, dont quelques épisodes à peine furent émis sur les ondes par M6 , peu de renseignements sur celle-ci, de fait. Néanmoins, sur ceux visionnés, il est possible d’en conclure que l’approche était intéressante, très fantastique, comme l’avait d’ailleurs abordé Edgar Rick BURROUGH, dans ses nombreux romans. Les paysages sont majestueux, les personnages soignés, et les intrigues intéressantes. A découvrir en entier, peut-être un jour sur une chaîne « intelligente ». Laquelle ? Tarzan, orphelin de naissance, au plus profond de l 'Afrique , il fut élevé par les plus grands singes du continent , il grandit dans le monde primitif de la jungle , jusqu'au jour où le destin le mit face à face avec son passé . Il occupa sa place légitime de comte de Greystoke mais il fut rapidement déçu par la civilisation , il retournera donc en Afrique , et il redevint Tarzan , le seigneur de la jungle .
